Authentication Fees
POLICY:
Our charges represent only the authentication fee for your signed collection, based on our market valuation of the collection. Before submitting the appraisal project to us, you need to download our confirmation fee form, fill it out and send it to us, we will give different quotations according to different people and authentication methods.
Once the signed item begins the authentication process, the HEA will charge a fee regardless of the result of the authentication.
We recommend that items over $200 use LOA certification. In addition to the certification label, there will be a Letter of Authenticity detailing our identification of the item, and a picture of the signed item will be displayed in the HEA website query. You can also choose affix the authentication label to the certificate of authenticity, not to the item. All Basic certified items can be upgraded to LOA certified for an additional fee (may require reshipment of your item).

2-5 signatures for the same item – 10% off the total price after the price of a single item * quantity
6-20 signatures for the same item – 20% off the total price after the price of a single item * quantity
21 signatures on the same item – 30% off the total price after the price of a single item * quantity
LETTER OF AUTHENTICITY (LOA)
1 signature – basic certification fee + $15
2-5 signatures on the same item – 10% off the basic certification fee plus $15 per item
6-20 signatures on the same item – 20% off the basic certification fee plus $15 per item
21 signatures on the same item – 30% off the basic certification fee plus $15 per item
