Our certifiers systematically check and review each project. After the first certifier is certified, it will be transferred to another certifier for reconsideration, and the certification result will be issued only when both certifiers agree. Each signature will be compared with our signature sample library and compared and analyzed by relevant testing instruments. Certified projects will receive a registration number and a tamper-resistant label, which can be searched in HEA’s database. Items that do not meet our stringent certification standards will be returned with a non-conformance letter detailing the inconsistency.
OUR EQUIPMENT
In cases where closer inspection is required, HEA high-definition scanners, color and infrared light instrumentation, magnification, coaxial illumination, side lighting, and large screen magnifications are used to aid in side-by-side overlapping signature comparisons. The purpose of this is to detect erased, hidden, and altered signatures, and to analyze differences in ink types, as well as some traces that are common in counterfeit signatures that cannot be detected by the naked eye.
