How to submit your authentication projects

1. Ship it to us

We receive signatures every day at the company. It is then sent to the HEA laboratory for identification.

Submission instructions

Step 1 - Confirm the Collection Form

Download the collection form, and fill in the item type, signer's name, quantity, certification method as shown in the form, and send it to office@heauthentication.com, the staff will give different quotations according to different characters after receiving the form. And reply emails to you.

Step 2 - Download the Submission Form

Complete the form and send it to HEA with the item.

Precautions:

Fill in all personal information, including your current shipping address, phone number, email address, and payment method (credit card, money order, or cheque) Please refer to the back of your submission form to determine your shipping/handling charges. By default, we use UPS to send the authenticated items back to you. If you need to use other couriers, please specify. We will notify you by email after the appraisal is completed and communicate with you about the specific delivery matters. When you mail to HEA, you need to insure the value of the item, and the value can refer to the EBAY transaction price. If the price is not insured, the lost or damaged HEA is not responsible for compensation. When the HEA is mailed to you, it will give you a reference for the insured amount based on the appraisal result and our experience in the market. You need to confirm the specific insured amount and pay the corresponding fee. In case of damage or loss during delivery, you need to negotiate a compensation plan with the courier company based on the insured amount, and HEA, as the sender, will assist you together. Basic authentication requires the label to be attached directly to the item and is not an option. LOA certification can choose where you stick the certification label (on your item or on the LOA). You must sign the bottom of the submission form in order for HEA to process your item in a timely manner. If the form is incomplete or not signed, we will not be able to process your item. You need to resend the completed form with your signature at the bottom, and we can start processing your item after receipt.

2. Participate in our activities

Participating in our events can save shipping costs, please pay attention to our on-site certification services all over the country, and you can choose the upcoming events closest to you. Bring your items to the event, where HEA will verify your signature and return the items on the same day. The certification result will be mailed to you within two weeks after the scheduled event, and the specific time is subject to the notification at the time of the event.

3. Visit our office

Visit our New Jersey office. Schedule an office appointment and bring your belongings for on-site certification. Unless otherwise specified, items can be returned the same day as attending our events.

4. House Call

Personalized signature authentication at your home, office or souvenir shop, to meet your mass or confidential authentication needs when it is not possible to send authentication items to the HEA office. A minimum total price of $2,500 is required, excluding travel and hotel accommodation (if required).
